Our litigation photocopy service includes un-stapling and re-stapling, post-it notes removal and replacement, legal tabs insertion, hand placement of odd-sized originals, contrast adjustment and all necessary work required to complete your project accurately and on time. When your project is completed, any waste and leftover materials during the copying process will be destroyed using our in-house high capacity shredder so you know your clients' confidential and sensitive information is always securely guarded. Document Scanning: Transform your paper documents into digital images loaded with ocr on CD and DVD with your chosen litigation support database load files such Summation DII, Concordance DAT,TrialDirector OLL, IPRO LFP, and many more. Bates Numbering (manual and electronic): Numbers can be added and renumbered easily with prefix and/or suffix, even if pages and documents are reorganized or merged. On-site Document Scanning: At your request, we can travel to offices, boardrooms, and factories; We scan and image on-site, then code, index, and number, delivering your output how, when, and where you want. Digital Archiving: You will appreciate that we can help you free up space by converting 15,000 pages into a DVD or CD. Document Binding: You can ask us to match almost any binding option and we’ll custom-bind the way you want. Trial Exhibits Printing and Mounting: We can copy or enlarge any document of any size with our state of the art reprographic equipment. Trial exhibit boards can be enlarged in one shot, providing excellent quality and readability, mounted on foam boards for high impact courtroom presentations.
